Thank you, OP
can't believe I can actually play this game in VR. I used to play Resident Evil about once every five years, but now I play every year and never play the print version again. The VR effects of this game are incredible. It faithfully recreates the original experience, without simplifying VR operations just to make it easier. This is an extremely challenging game, just like when it was released in 2005. However, VR does bring players some unique advantages that game design has never considered to compensate for. For example, enemies move similarly to tanks, but now you can move without restrictions, even shoot while on the move, and even shoot behind while fleeing. You can also choose to dual-wield weapons, which is fun but slightly more powerful. Unfortunately, "Parting Ways" is still not included, but "Mercenary" is included, and it is basically a standalone VR game. You can unlock all reward outfits and weapons, which also makes the campaign mode more replayable. Overall, this is truly a crazy set. After playing RE4REmake, I feel like I'll never play OG again. Now I play these two games in VR at least once a year. For me, Quest's release puts RE4OG on par with RE4REmake, not behind.
